Shukriya Journeys is the online brand of Shukriya Travels Pvt Ltd. We treat your personal information with the same care we bring to your journey. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you give us, which may include:

• Your full name
• Your mobile number and, if you provide it, your email address
• The service you are interested in, and any travel dates, departure city or passenger details you include in your message
• For Hajj bookings, each pilgrim’s passport details, date of birth, nationality, contact details and emergency contact information
• The page you submitted from and the referring source
• Your IP address and browser information, used for security and spam prevention

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange the pilgrimage you have asked about
• To process visa applications and share the documents required for your journey
• To send details about current departures, pricing and availability
• To prevent fraudulent or automated submissions to our website

Where your information goes

Enquiries are recorded in our customer relationship management system so our team can serve you. We also keep a backup copy of enquiries on our own servers. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We share only what is necessary with the travel service providers needed to complete your booking — for example airlines, hotels and visa processing authorities — and only once you have confirmed your booking with us.

Hajj pilgrim profiles are encrypted before they are saved in the booking database. The encryption key is held in the server environment and is not stored with the records. Access to these profiles is restricted to authorized staff handling the booking.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry details for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations under Indian law. You can ask us to delete your details at any time, although we may be required to retain some transaction records.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
• Stop us from contacting you by phone, WhatsApp or email
• Delete your information where we are not required to keep it

Every message we send includes a way to reach us, and you can ask to be removed from our contact list at any time.

Cookies and live information

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The live weather and Makkah prayer-time bar requests public information from external weather and prayer-time services; those services may receive standard technical request data such as your IP address. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this policy and explain what is collected.

Security

Enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection. Hajj passport and traveller profiles are encrypted before they are saved, and access to customer records is limited to staff who need them to serve you. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version.
