Embassies, consulates, Saudi authorities, airline authorities, immigration authorities and other government bodies may change requirements, request more documents, delay processing, approve, reject or cancel travel permission at their discretion.

Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate documents, valid passports, photographs, declarations and any additional information requested. Incorrect, incomplete or late documents may delay or prevent processing.

No Guarantee

Shukriya Journeys can assist with documentation and coordination, but cannot guarantee visa approval, processing time, entry permission, final travel acceptance or authority decisions.

Official Guidance

Customers should also review current official guidance, including Nusuk, before relying on any visa or pilgrimage requirement.
