Cancellation and Refund Policy

Shukriya Journeys is operated for travel services connected with Shukriya Travels Pvt Ltd. All bookings, quotations and payments remain tentative until confirmed in writing by the Shukriya Journeys team.

General Rule

This is a tentative quotation only. Final pricing, availability, visa processing, flights, accommodation, transportation and other services are subject to confirmation by Shukriya Journeys, suppliers and relevant authorities.

Cancellation

Cancellation eligibility and charges depend on the package, supplier rules, airline rules, hotel rules, visa status, service stage and written quotation terms issued to the customer. Some supplier or government charges may be non-refundable after they are paid or committed.

Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, are processed only after supplier confirmation and internal reconciliation. Bank charges, payment-gateway fees, foreign exchange differences, taxes, TCS, visa fees, airline penalties and supplier deductions may apply.

No Automatic Confirmation

A payment receipt or tentative quotation does not by itself confirm travel, visa approval, seat availability, hotel allocation or final package confirmation.
