Payment Policy

Payments are accepted only against a written quotation, payment schedule or invoice issued by Shukriya Journeys. A tentative quotation is not a confirmed booking.

Payment Schedule

The payment schedule may vary by package, supplier condition, travel date, visa stage, airline deadline and hotel deadline. Customers must follow the written schedule shared by the team.

Gateway Payments

Online payment links, where enabled, are processed through the configured payment gateway. Customers should not share card numbers, OTPs, UPI PINs, passwords or payment secrets with any staff member or chat assistant.

Taxes and Charges

GST, TCS, payment-gateway charges, bank charges, foreign exchange differences and supplier charges may apply as stated in the written quotation or invoice.

Confirmation

Payment capture does not automatically confirm visa approval, seats, flights, hotels, room type or travel permission. Confirmation is issued separately in writing after operational verification.
