Shukriya Journeys collects travel, identity, contact, booking, payment-status and document information only for enquiry handling, quotation, visa assistance, booking operations, compliance, support and customer communication.

Sensitive Documents

Passport copies, photographs, visa documents and identity documents must be uploaded only through authorised forms or shared through approved support channels. Access is restricted to authorised staff for operational purposes.

Storage and Access

Production document storage must remain outside the public website root with access controls, audit logs and retention rules. Public links must not expose private storage paths or provider secrets.

Third Parties

Information may be shared with suppliers, airlines, hotels, visa/documentation partners, payment providers, CRM, email, WhatsApp and automation providers only where required to deliver or support the requested service.

For data access, correction or deletion requests, contact hello@shukriyajourneys.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, compliance or dispute-resolution purposes.
