B2B Partner Terms

B2B access is available only to approved travel agents or authorised partners after registration, document review and internal approval.

Approval Required

Registration does not automatically grant approval, net-rate access, credit terms or booking authority. Shukriya Journeys may approve, reject, suspend or deactivate a partner account based on verification and business policy.

Rates and Availability

All B2B rates, package availability, inclusions, exclusions, commission, taxes and supplier conditions are tentative until confirmed in writing. Net rates must not be publicly advertised without written approval.

Customer Documents

Partners are responsible for collecting accurate customer consent and sharing documents only through authorised secure channels. Passport, visa and payment information must be handled carefully and never exposed in public links or unsecured messages.

Compliance

Partners must not make unsupported claims about visa approval, government decisions, package availability, guaranteed processing time or confirmed bookings.
